Use fileedit to open  systemmsg-e.dat and find this line. After that change it and decrypt with version 313.

You can do this via the screen message packet.

If you can't find it, maybe it's base64 encoded, just like l2jserver's system messages.

You can remove it. Check enterworld for ExShowScreenMessage with weird message, like kjasd908asdasda0, sort of :D
