It's common (at least was in the past) for RU servers. I saw it shared somewhere.. but no idea where :)

 

If you know the servers name you can downloaded their patch and take the files.

You can find their site in the screenshot (http://l2.bz.net.ua) but it appears that their site is down.

you don't need the server to be up .. you only need the patch of the server so you can get the files that changes the appearance .

I think this Interface have bug because i had got this from one rusian site for test and if i remember you cant see augment for inside ls...anyway
