Mana Potion Dont Work??? Chose This i hope like to you!!!

Every one know that if u want mana pots, u need to use elixir of mana strengh but it have 5 min of reusedelay to set that to 0 just go to

 

gameserver/data/stats/skills/2200-2299.xml

 

and where is
