Help Disable Nobless Quest

hi guys I have 3 problems what I have to fix ...some 1 can help me pls?

 

1: I ned to disable nobles quest or some ideas about how to make nobles if I already add on gm shop carandine latter

 

2: how to allow skills from other class to don't disappear after restart...[is not substack server but I want to add 3 skills on donation so...]

 

3: atck stop after 4-5 hits and players ned to pus attack again

about nobless you can make easy a npc of make player nobless without caradine's latter etc..
