Help Server Connection Problem

Hello guys.

 

I Have a c4 server and got a little problem.

 

Some time my server lose connection from login server with game server.

 

Both stay online but on login server show the server Down.

 

On Logic server screen shows me this message

 

"Update Ip's

Connection lost"

Something like that.

 

What is wrong or what I have to do?

 

On loginserver I use a no.ip and on game server I use the static IP.

For protection that little hackers dont find my ip.

I do wrong that?

I must put the no.ip and on gameserver or what?

On login & game server you must use this

 

 

internal ip: 192.168.1.x

 

external ip: your no-ip

 

Also check if the protocols have been configurated correctly. For example

 

Protocols:1/999 are for all clients until your server's client.

on internal IP I use the retail . 127.0.0.1

SO I have to use the servers IP?  86.2.3.xx

To the ExtrenalIP add your no-ip. For example:

ExternalIP:l2server.no-ip.biz

Else gameserver will not be available.
