depend of the pack that u using else  if u use some crap pack you wont hold even 1k because the pack :)
if is a good pack should be able to support more than 4k with this windows

years ago i support near 1k with much less machine + linux

it was something like

Focus more on ddos protection, that should be your main concern.

Linux is recommended for big projects  , Windows is perfect for small/mid projects that i remember from that i read years ago

Geodata needs 6GB Ram ? Wtf is this geodata ? I never ever in my life saw geo to take 6gb normal is take 2-2.5gb
