Help Remote \\who Query/page/packet/whatev

I remember that sometime ago (like C1 Chronicle ago, 200X), there was a way for one to query the server and get the //who command transmitted for webpages and such. Does someone remember that, and if so, have the code for it?

To know how to invoke the //who command (GM Ingame Command, to check how many users are online at a given moment) for it to be shown as a webpage query. I know you can get an estimate with SQL queries (login > logout in userdata), but //who is more precise.
