i havent hellbound and i dont know for what you want the datapack but i give you 1 info...all datapacks arent same. if you find other datapack from other pack you must fix alot sh1ts for work to your server. my opinion and friendly always. 

on topic you can checkout and compile with eclipse. 1st you must know what pack you have (acis,l2j for example) and after you can checkout and compile the correct datapack for your pack.

here have guides for copile and how to add java codes and more. search in forum and you find. 1st of all we dont know what pack you use. so we dont know what datapack you need. read guides here

Gods, I suppose he a russian guy "assembly" means project, sources and similar .. Basically, he is looking for a hellbounda pack :D

l2j svn doesnt work i test it..

I will continue looking as assembled pack since I have no programming knowledge.
