Its a default one, there are limitless effects that can be used as enchant effects, on your client

ok i tested those effects but they are not so vizible like on the video/photo :(

Edit Your env.ini - the Num= should be much highier for this effect. Remember it will effect all of Your enchanted weapons. You don't see this on Your video, because author focused on one weapons. You will see it by Yourself. Unless, You change the Num= size ONLY for 65535 (last enchant) which will be available only for admin

Also, You can remain the effetc simply by changing the is_hero option to 1.
