Chat Ban For 1635 Minutes!

Yesterday i was doing Hero shout and suddely i could not chat anymore and got a message i got Banned from chat for 800 minutes, the next day 1600 minutes. and NC don't answer my two petition gg NCSOFT


people told me someone abused Block on my toon so i got blocked like bots is. That Chronos server wound mad to me
