Everything New On Pc Still Slow And Gaming S*cks

CPU: Intel ® Celeron ® CPU 430 / 1.80GHz

Memory: 4.00 GB RAM (4.00 GB usable)

Current Resolution 1920 x 1080, 60Hz

Driver version: 335.23

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprise

 

Pc scanned. errors fixed. Pc defragged.....A lot of space in Hard drives and the pc is SO slow. FPS at L.o.L : 1-30 with everything on ''Very Low'' ''No shadows'' ''No Vsync''

 

Is it just that windows 8.1 are Sh**tty????

I'm not sure if your CPU is good.

That's why your FPS drops plus 1.8Ghz really?

I guess this is the problem. bcause i cant find anything else. i searched on internet and saw 1.8GHz is not powerfull. so i guess i will speak to a technician bcause i dont want to buy a cpu thats not compatible with my motherboard

Actually with one Phenom X4 in 3.5 Ghz you'll be fine.

But yeah, first speak to your technician.

I don't know much about pc so i couldnt imagine it may be the cpu problem. thnx im talking to technician and bying a new cpu. ( updated my whole pc for like 250-300 euros for nothing. now another 80 euros wasted for CPU niceee)
