What is the difference between an offline PaySafeCard (german for example) and a Greek paysafecard bought in kiosks?

 

What do you mean offline? And what is kiosks a place?

Offline paysafe is the paysafe that you can buy in kiosks.

Online paysafe is the paysafe that you can buy ONLINE in the internet or you can buy things using your paysafe account. :)
