Problem With Lowering Titan 30%hp

Hello guys i have problem with titan to lower his hp 30% on oly,i am wearing doom heavy + homu+conversion then equip blunt which gives blessed body and after sain spear health+ skill earthquaqe or something like that...and still not 30%hp....please help me...my dyes are -con , its INTERLUDE CHRONICLE

You do it like this:
 

1. Tallum Plate Set / Demon Set + Homu [Conversion]

2. Take Staff of Evil Spirits [blessed body]

3. buff yourself noble until you get btb

4. switch to doom heavy

5. do over the body

6. now you should be below 30%

You can also use earthquake and if npc can be attacked normal skills who consume HP.

or valakas and tattoo that gives unwear it before getting in and then wear it when you gonna do frenzy
