How i can prevend someone logging on the server while he is using vpn,and 1000 other ways to change his ip.

 

Ive added his ip on the ban list...

Here depends on that person's knowledge. IP Banned is out of reckoning, anyone can find a way to change the ip. As about hwid(hardware id), even if you manage to do that with your client & server, they just have to type "How to remove hardware banned" on youtube and he have done that too.
