you have something wrong in adminCommandHandler.java on line 37. Post your source here so we can help you

NPE on adminCommandHandler.java line 42, it tries to access something which doesn't exist (probably an handler you deleted but forget to remove execution line), crashing the whole class when accessing the instance on line 37.
