Server was under attacking thats the reason of lag,as you can read on l2Brand Forum server is installing DDos protection server will be run again normal...I dont know the only sure think is that server will be online again :)

We changed DDoS Protection that's why server was offline for a period of time.

You can now login successfully without any problems.

Lags & Spikes were fixed, there are not lags anymore, we can guarantee that.
