[Lf]Car Street Racing Game

Hello guys!
I'm new here so i hope this is the right section!
As tittle says i looking for a car Street racing game.
I know i can find a lot of games but the point is i want some things.
1st. i don't like cops (that's why i don't like nfs most wanted,carbon,etc)

2nd, i want to customize my car (meaning not only the engine but the whole car)

3rd. i want to have carrer mode so it would be funny and i'll have a lot of things to do and not finish the game in 1,2 days.

NFS mw and Carbon are the best I have ever played so far, I still play Carbon some times, both of them are the best, the rest are pure garbage

yes they are nice games but i don't like the whole thing with cops i like more games like nfs underground 2 based on street races,car customizations,etc w/o cops..

yeap i see this video before 3 days and this game looking so amazing but i don't think that will be free :P and i looking for something free
