Macro For /useskill Not Work!

Hello, i create an new skill.

 

But when i make macro to use this skill, dont work:

 

for example:

 

/useskill Chant of Victory

 

i create new skill equal COV, and i reduce reuse_delay...

 

I logon on server and i click to use this skill he work... But when i use command: /useskill Chant of Victory not work :(

Did you tried to drag the skill from the list to the macro line ? I used to drag skills from the shortcut bar and it worked fine.
