Hey guys i want a little help. I have some images and i want to do it like thumbs. what i mean???

So what do you want is to transform a big image to a small image...? With border...? xd  If not, I don't get what are u asking for...

do you see the image??? i wanna do a image who is (example 1200x1000) like this in the image.. is this possible?? can do it anyone??? or you.. can you do it??without the yellow border. only to do the image 100x75. :)

Photoshop > Image > Image Size and you can set your new dimensions there :?
