Sorry to bust your chops but no matter what you do there will never be balance on Lineage2 unless you make everyone with same stats and skills. Those guys that will be willing to help you, most likely they will make you boost their favorite class.

I suggest to spend a bit more time and test things on your own if you really want to do this.
