Help Barrier Vs Heal

Cooldown 210 seconds

 

Heal

Effects Heal heals oneself for 75 + 15 × level and every allied unit for the same amount.

Cooldown 300

 

So shield for you or Hp for everyone?

is it better for ADC  to take heal ?

The heal is completly useless.

Mostly i do use the barrier but sometimes when they have a hard cc team i pick the cleanse instead.

heal useless (you can easy counter heal with ignite) and on nowdays it's not something special.

barrier will save you!

Some high elo Korean AD players run Heal instead.

 

It's not bad, but I prefer Barrier since it doesn't get countered by Ignite which is a commonly used spell by divers like Diana or Irelia. Barrier also shields for more than heal. The only negative aspects of Barrier are its limited duration and individual use.

Actually support doesnt take ignite always but OK :D

Supports pick Ignite when there's kill potential in lane and when there's not a dive threat in the enemy team like Zed or Jax. This also depends on your team comp.
