Adding/Creating Items/Monsters High five

Sorry for the wrong prefix, although there were no prefix for "question"  O0

 

So I've been looking around for quite some time now trying to find how to MAKE custom items and/or monsters to use it for your own server, but i can't seem to find anything.

 

Any  baws out there that have a guide on how to make custom items and/or monsters for a high five server?

Are u talking about client side or server side? New animations and graphics or just new stats and id's?

I suppose it would be client side, since i want new animations and graphics, or remodeling current items would do as well with slightly changed graphics/animations.
