how to get dmg to pop up on screen

was wondering if anyone knows how to have your dmg setup like on this video where it shows skill and dmg.

There is only 1 known way using system editor, as i see this is video edition... its not program or smth...

It works only on old chronicle. Like before Gracia or something like that if I'm not wrong.
