[HELP] IPB Diablo 3 Vanguard Skin

Hello guys today ive aquired a new IPB Skin named Diablo 3 Vanguard.

All fine till now, i start to import it and when all things have been done, i activated theme and i had the surprise to dont see it how i expect:

 

The skin should look's like that:

 

 

But at me it looks like that:
