Trance Rebirth Manager

Hello, i added Trance Rebirth Manager into my aCis pack and all is working, I get Rebirth Book, but i need learn a rebirth skill, i go to to skill trainer and he says There are no skills to learn, how fix it? Its possible to create npc who learn skills for rebirth books or something?
