i tested the recharge time for cov

for faster cov recharging i give first magnus chant then if i have a party i use antigrief and give cov

3 minutes less you save with magnus chant for cov recharging

cov and magnus chant are both magic skills

more casting speed you have less recharging time for both

It gives faster recharge... Or on some servers work how say Mpod restart and skill get recharged like TH skill with that you can make a key's with no re-use time just restart and do skill and again again ...

restart works 100% on c4 i don't know for other chronicles but i think when u cast the skill and its already to finish when it finish fast do rr i think it recharge

on c6 this bug fixed :/ i play on l2off server and here not fixed :P so i make a keys on LR server (: and selling to ppls :P

It is not bug. COV is normal spell. Better c.speed then faster re-use magic skills. So when you make Magnus before COV It shoul has faster re-use than before.

restart work on C6 ++ if ur skill is 1/3 reloaded i play on hellbound server and i do that's everyday in oly

for faster cov use con dance too its realy depend on casting speed so  more cast speed = faster reuse
