Nice ones.

I like more the first one but your text color its not fit with the whole feeling.

I would do a layer and a clipping mask for having the same color like your backround and play with it until I find the proper.

What im trying to say, is that you can clearly see the renderize from the lightning. You should try work a bit on the light and effects to make the render match the background of the whole image.
