Another question, will dualbox be allowed? It's better if only 1 game window for IP. After some time, I think the little higher rates will be better, for example 15x, but still without buffer and mana potions. But it's my opinion.

Dualbox : It's Gonna be 3 IP 1 Active Main Char , 1 Support Char , and the last It's for Shop it's Gonna be Offline !

Project is going well soon beta will come online we have focus on server and not to the web thanks for unterstanting ill upload  a forum for all fans and joiners

I doubt you will make it!

 

I strongly recommand you to change basis from "retail" to "PVP-PVE" with custom features/npcs/events ,if we want retail we go to official ,and there were plenty of epilogue official retail servers and all failed at some point, even russian and they all failed not to mention urs ,so dont bother to use "retail" becuz lineage 2 is not so alive like it was 2-3 years ago

Also a rate about 50-75x would do fine
