In my opinion kassa is kind hard to master but he is a beast if you can control it well, few people do it besides a lot of them play with it

i explained that the flat ap really will fall of late game and will not help you that much early anyway while the flat ad is just enough for you to auto attack the back line minions after they get hit by your turret (how well you do LATE is determined by how well you do EARLY)
