Yes it is , but most of the people already know that I got bored to work on that server because of the Admin who didn't care about players just about money , and I can't work on a server like that , so I decided alone is better , because he was kinda a pain in the ass , just breaking staffs.

Wich buffs are on npc?

S grade are farmable? or only for adena?

also nobles/subclass quest needed?

All buffs except resists/cat/unicorn buffs , are on buffer , S grade ar farmable with aa and ancient adena , subclass quest isn't needed , about nobles quest it's a custom nobles quest witch includes 4 raid bosses to fight , those rb drop some circlets like 2 max 3 , and for make nobles you need all 4 of them so we kinda make them to be a thing for exchanges.

Yes they are farmable solo , and about balance I did some tests , and etc , but still I am not sure if that's the real equal , so we will see with actual players more anyway , you won't see that and I have no doubts.

neah , the start isn't that important for this server , maybe will have 500 players maybe will have 100(I don't think will go lower). But in days and I can say that from the end of the month will guarantee will have a lot of players in +. Anyway , I don't like delays , I will do one only if is really needed.

Im trying to create, an NPC wich have multiple walk routes basic logic is  random pick a route complite the route  like Route 1 start form zero (0 -> 1 -> 2(or more) -> 1 -> 0) When the npc return to 0, the script should pic the other route and start again.  And if there is a message like point 1 here     "route1.addPoint(new RoutePoint(1, 148568, 172328, -980, 5, true, "Puff"));" The npc should display the chat message. Currently my problem is the npc not moving, but if I manage it to start moving its randomly move between the route 1 and 2 set of coordinates. Currently for me its  a nightmare. I hope anyone can help somhow.
