I Have a Problem with Mage classes.!(Help)

Question

:o Hey guys, i have a problem.

 

all mage classes on my server( miss 70%) of all hits on Mobs / pvp / low mobs / high mobs..

what i have to doo?  the enemies resist 70-75% of all hits from mages classes...

maybe any file in server folder? to fix? or change anything..

it would be good if anyone can help me.!

There should be a setting in your game server configs where you can toggle magic 100% land rate, it might make your server a bit unbalanced but at least it will fix your problem. If that doesnt work try editing a couple of mobs stats lowering their magic evasion (Shift+Click) if this is the problem then you will have to change this in your custom farm zones or every mob if its a retail like server. Hope this helped!

i have tested already with mob stats mdef / hp / skills of mob, deleted all m def resistances..

and still this 70% misses..

i will try to find the config which u mean.. :) but thx,

This happens maybe cause the lvl of the target is higher than urs, if thats not the problem just increase mage spell accuracy(magic failure)

It isnt the case, When a spell is cast on a higher level mob there is always a chance of it hitting at minimum (10+ levels greater) I believe is .5%. Otherwise you will get a message on your clients system window saying (Mob) Has resisted your (Spell name); or: Your (Spell name) has failed and (your target) has taken 1 damage

 

Example Valakas has resisted your Prominence  or 

Your Hydro Blast has failed and Valakas has taken %% damage  Where %% is a variable you can change for the percentage of a spells maximum damage to be inflicted on magic failure

Try looking in your character.properties file, there should be a section that looks like this

 

# This option, if enabled, will allow magic to fail, and if disabled magic damage will always succeed with a 100% chance.

# Default: True

MagicFailures = True

 

 

if it is set as true try setting it to false, then your magic should not miss/fail at all unless your target goes behind a wall or other object (Geodata required for those failures)

If this wont work, then the solution is simple... Cntl+A->Move to trash can^_^
