Yes, I think overlord is overpower in olympiad..

Arcana Lord Can easy beat every class

dark sumoner can beat him without problem

and dark is much more stronger against other classes then arcane lord

For me the best class is "gladiator" and "dominator" because with theese classes i can play very well...

All classes is good. Default is on players and not on the classes..if you can play very well with  a class you can have a class for best too..

So? l2 changes a lot every year, therefore the best class for olympiad always change and people can keep discussing this subject.
