Any setting in fraps I could to make it so I got less lag?

Fraps make u lag?Maybe a bit,but not like hell.I don't know..set in the game Lower Detail,it will decrease the lag a lot and without big changes.

He means the ingame recording that lineage 2 client has.

Well the ingame recorder cant show everything as fraps do.

it use less ram and cpu but some PB games detect it as hack
