use google  : Download L2 Editor

he needs a programm to ENCRYPT l2.ini and not to DECRYPT it. (l2 file editor DECRYPTS it)

However, i think that you need that encrypter to hide your server IP, so people cant log with l2net or w/e.

You can find servers IP easily with cmd :P
