You can easily take 2 random items (fa,goldbar) and rename them with fileedit at your system !

Just create a new item in system files , update it in your database and thats all .

as GOld3x said the easiest way to do it ,

 

is to edit with your file edit the file with name "itemname-e" ! Just search the name of the coin(exp.Festival Adena) and rename it to "Donate coin's" Save it and DONE !

The other way is too create a whole new item !
