Yes, since the reuse is static (cast speed don't affect).

But you always can turn staticHitTime off / false.

how can i turn off the staticHitTime?

in what file?

Changing the reuseDelay or hitTime should fix his problem no mather what chronicle. About more info dear Tryskell, you are more than right... however, you cant understand a simple problem with a full page of info, not to say about solution...

ps: is easy to answer like you know everything, but not actually giving an answer... wow..  :o

Dude, I got like 75% of my posts in help section, spare me your sarcasms and use them for your own Java skills. If you're not enough clever to think about a system allowing multiple stackType, parsing them using ";" (or simply copy pasting the ones than GoD is probably using, else it would bug), that's your problem not mine. And if it was your mean to say "help me please" then make it using another format.

No one cared about your skill adaptation problem, except me, "mr-24-posts".

Dodelez, it's part of beginCast() method of L2Character, you have to mod it.

damm i try about half a hour to mode them and still dont work =\

Wish you best, good luck! But how about taking new L2j server....?

Or simple gave up...

For most of us half hour behind code's is nothing at all...

didnt read the previous replies so i dunno if the issue is fixed, but mate, take a look in your xmls, and see if there's anything like

<set name"staticHitTime" val="true" /> if yes just remove it.

Also if you want mages to have close to retail-like cast time on their skills just put the hitTime on around 1500-2200

Like said SkyL2Mars, find skill's id and change <set name="staticReuse" val="true"/> to false and you're done.
