They paypal will automatic charge my card to take the money ?

And if yes in how much days?

If No..

Can i leave my paypal account and dont pay the - ?

unverified + fake name = no problem

unverified + real name = if you create other accounts with same name ( your name ) it will get automatically blocked

verified  ( meaning you used your name + card ) = it will stop you from creating other accs such as business + personal accs and it will withdraw from your card if you got any there.
