From this poll I just wanted to know if any of us staffer/ or no wanted to do this change.

We discussing politically like humans for a better feature in MxC. So, you want a second administrator in maxcheaters? Who gonna be the second administrator and why? Should we know that the new admin must be responsible for this position and very trusted person by Maxtor.

 

PS: The most trusted persons sometimes do bullshits and destroying everything.

 

Some questions about the new person are:

 

Why we should promote to admin this person?

What need to do to pesuate maxtor to accept that?

What advantages we have from this?

What names you believe is the most trusted for this position here?

 

For Maxtor: I made this poll totally friendly to see what we have on minds? Don't take it as a threat but if you have no time don't destroy the site just make a admin with a serius discussion with him. All we know if there is a second admin he will has access in the DataBase of MxC ok that is bad but you can use your limits in these cases. I will tell it one more time the second admin must be the most trusted member by you who gonna spent time in site and relax you from this weight. Call it as a right hand. (Greek Explanation).

 

And the system about staff members must be changed. Reports didn't make you a staffer but your behaviour and what you do in site and NOT what shares you do.

 

That's all I hope to get a nice effort from this.

As for current situation, being an admin in this person requires

 

1) Trust from Maxtor

2)Capable of beeing an 'admin' (in terms of moderating the forum firstly)

3)Having money to protect the forum

 

Currently, you cant have 2 and 3 together, and 1 is mostly likely not happening

 

None would be bothered by a second admin as long as he help it out, but its not likely to happen

I just open this topic to see who agree and who not. Think that: Maxtor its okay with that he just need some more information about this. About money its not necessary the new admin to pay. Anyway, I hope to have some attention here by all in site.

Well , my opinion is that MxC Staff MUST be reorganize from 0, Dead Staff = Dead Forum.
