Is the process fast?

People say it takes 13 hours - 3 days but i made the request earlier today and two hours later i had the rp and ip.

If they add the option in the shop,will we(the people who already did that via request)be able to do it again via the option in the shop?

They will ask for money to do this via shop...maybe 2-3 champions for free and the others with payment :)
