Add Vip Plugin or No?

Hello all i got VIP  plugin i did it by my self ofc i used and some anothers scripters ideas i will say what VIP give's and if u will whana it i will can add it.

 

VIP's get

1.Armor each round begin's +Helm and Defuser if u are CT.

2.Grenade complect each round begins (2FB , HE, SG)

3.Give money per kill 500 per HS 800.

4. Give HP per kill 15 per HS30.

5. See bullet Damage at real time.

6. VIP's can buy rifle's (AWP)

7. Write /vips and u see who on from VIP's

8. U Will can write like ADMIN

9. U will have slot reservation

 

All this using H flag so all who will have H flag will be Vips

i got version and whit how HP and whit how bullet damage so i will can add few versions

 

And i got another system who is in /top15  first 5 persons get free VIPS after server change map.

most LT servers have it, and no1 buy VIP, so its worthless.
