when ur malaria reach 5 or more lvl ur c. speed will decrease up to normal but ur mp consumption will decrease.

 

so if u go to pvp u need c. speed = malaria 4lvl

if u want to exp take malaria 10 lvl. it will dramaticly decrease mp usage.
