How i could do at a skill to enchant normally ,when is to 9,when u enchant it,to go at 11 than 10...

I want to delete the +10 enchant from a skill,to avoid it when player enchant,to jump from 9 to 11

dunno if it's even possible,why to completely delete it?

you can just make +10 to give 0 stats (?) or smth like that..
