Yeah, the section is wrong, anyways you will have a lot of problems running phx on hellbound, mostly it wouldnt work because of l2j dev's fixes.

Just about any server with working l2phx will suck bad... if such an old tool will work like it 'should' you have a very bad admin and all good players will probably have left

on l2j hellboun dont work because l2j use encryption on packages

What version? 3.2.0? I mainly use L2.NET for packet editing.
