can someone tell me if this is a SAFE enchant exploit or it just makes ur enchanting successes higher?

Nothing makes enchant rates higher  :o This bug only shows you if your weapon would have breaked or not ex. you pres enchant and you pres deposit at the same time... it was shown that your gun was broken. but its in your wh. so you try to find algorytm break break ok ok ok break break....but i think its a random thing... i think enchanting is based on server time...

this bug was based off pure timing

if u got it right it was success

Yes, is 100% work.

Run and aply it.

Some servers corret this bug, when you try overenchant in Warehouse you get banned from server.

If u are banned using Warehouse, use pet, at last day, for me, work.
