if you ask me this acc doesnt worth more than 10$. that is the amount im willing to pay because:

 

1)for 700 elo player  the runes wll be PRETTY bad and i ve seen a lot setups down there(ex full critical chance etc)

2)it ll take me some time to make this acc with at least 1400-1500

3)pretty low elo.

 

 

furthermore. he can go look for booster to raise it or look for a duo and make it at least 1200elo.this way it will worth a lot!!!

duo? to raise elo with duo you must worth higher elo. if he is worth 700 elo he could duo with 1500 player and still not raise 50 elo.

and sell it then, with the a-beep-t of skins you could get atleast +10 or +20 euros
