[Help]CPU Usage 100%

Hello.i have a laptop and when i start up the pc i have 0% cpu usage.After 5-10 mins of playing games on pc(Pro 2012), game start lag very much and i exit game and i see that my pc use 100% cpu.how can i fix that?with 100% cpu usage i cant do nothing whole pc is laggy. svchost.exe use 70-80% of my cpu and other 20% some other programs
