I've seen much better designs and from newbies, if you consider yourself as LineageII Webdesigner then you should re-think it. That for me at least is less than decent.

Update some change :

I don't like these tabs add some colors.

remove the green top header(online people)

put full screne background image and some flash(if you know)

move menu from left panel to top panel

and add something to bottom something like Copyright or something else cause your site end's a little bit ugly :)
