I have server. l2j freya whit navigat, And when player join oly  (Tank) +(Titan) they chan't use frenzy and Angelic in oly whay???? some help how to fix it and where i don't now from where to start and sory for me englis. plz.

The titans and tanks can't use frenzy/angelic icon. And he asks why .. And from where he can try to fix.
