Need someone to help me put IPs in right spots

I got the ports open on my router now i just need help putting the ips in the right spots can someone please help me with this my TV Info is

you mean in configs?

external = your no ip.

internal = your ip.

yeah but this pack i got is weird. like it has an l2config thing but then there is a seperate file where the external ip is and that in ipconfig.xml. in the l2config things the login hostname and host and the game server hostname are all set to 0.0.0.0... do i change those to my ip as well cause when i did my server wouldnt even load up like the login wouldnt load up
