noct can't lane.... his passive makes him a lanepushing machine...

i used to go jungling as noct with 13 armor, 24mr per lvl, 25 arm pen

dunno tho.. havent played him for ages...

I use 3x Attack Speed Marks, 6x Armor Penetration Marks, 9x Flat Armor Seals, 9x Magic Resist per level Glyphs, 3x Attack Speed Quintessences.

don't go nocturne lane..

its do-able for fun, but in ranked only use him for jungle

 

for jungle:

Marks: flat Attackspeed

Seals: flat Armor

Glyphs: mr / level

Quints: flat movement or flat attackspeed

ad marks + quints

armor seals

mr per lvl glyphs

also it would be better to go jungle noc haves verry strong ganks

Q> gives bonus ad and speed to catch up with em

E>fear and if u are lvl 6

R>could be a good finishing if the run away with flash or ghost. just my opinion
